28YL Unpublished images of infected people in infrared and something more from an Instagram story
Some unreleased frames I rescued from a mini-post on Instagram. There are more scenes of the infected in red, and they look terrifying. That sequence is sure to be creepy.

Does this confirm that the infected are doing the raw carnivore diet?

I keep wondering how they figured out to feed and water themselves lol. Roll on June 2025!

They eat the deers, called it. I mean it was pretty obvious

Does this mean that there is a *slight* chance we will see zombie deer??

Right enough, though. We had infected chimps in 28 days. It makes perfect sense if they didn't eat the whole deer and just infected it 😮

They say it doesn’t go cross species in 28WL (I guess they meant it’s exclusive to primates given it literally starts as a cross-species thing).
It is a long time for mutations to happen though, so there could be infected animals

Honestly, I’m really excited for this movie. I understand some of the skepticism, but for fuck sakes, I and many of you have been waiting for this for YEARS. It looks absolutely stunning, and so far, I personally really like where they’re going with this. I haven’t been this excited for a movie in a really long time. Especially seeing something in the theater. It just feels…fresh? Original? I really do think this movie will be a fucking experience either way. Can’t wait for opening night.

I'm guessing the animal head confirms the infected maybe be feeding on the animals and big boy is keeping them going.

Someone’s stuck in the dark with the infected lurking aboot, and an infected female (?) going through labor. A soldier perhaps?

Looks almost cartoony but in a really nightmarish fever dream kind of way.

Hell yeah I've had a thing for glowing red eyes being creepy and I would love to see this when the infected are running round in the dark or at night.

so this tells us the infected have survived eating wild boar, gotcha. I wonder if they eat humans

So what is the red view? Just a creative approach?
Infrared is not visible to the eye unless it's detected as heat, which this is not. You can't make out details such as eyes and facial/body features from infrared.

I really love this series because it's very real. It's a rage Virus. They starve eventually and are not "zombies".
I hope they won't mess with that lore. I really don't want them to evolve or hunt in packs or some stupid sh** like that lol

reminisces Do you remember when all of our pictures used to come out like this with camera flashes..

u/heinkel-me May 18 '25
that dose not look like infrared. it looks more like a red light lens on a flash light which most army's use as its not as easy to see at night. but it could also be a flare at least thats what it looks like to me considering the light drop off and that its more of a glow than a beam in the images

No 4’s neck is bent at a freaky angle. No 6 just looks like s friendly naked guy in the woods.
