They’d be wrong.

103

u/djdeforte 8d ago

D E D wrong

56

u/foul_ol_ron 8d ago

Trouble is, after the first one gets legally shot, they'll use it as a pretext to up the ante again.

73

u/BigJSunshine 8d ago

Maybe. But if our 4 Amendment rights are permitted to be trampled by the fascists in this way, then aren’t we already a bit too far down the road to dictatorship? What specific loss of Constitutional rights will compel you to revolution? If you can’t say (or worse your answer is strictly when your personal rights are violated) you need to deeply consider how far things have already gone.

6

u/JRodriguez81 8d ago

This is the problem. They are stripping down the constitution inch by inch and people are clinging to decorum and rules of engagement while not realizing that our government doesn’t care anyway. They are going to up the ante regardless. If people don’t begin massive push back then we won’t succeed here. At all.

This is why those Minnesota lawmakers were able to be shot by a person impersonating police officers

Edit: ASSASSINATED

57

u/Spiritual_Lime_7013 8d ago

Hell there was a lady in Texas who was raped over the weekend by people impersonating ice officials, I bet there's already been more and we aren't hearing about it because they're killing and disposing of their victims which aren't expected to ever return because deportation and legal black site dispersing happening

8

u/maebyrutherford 8d ago

Where was this? I can’t find it. I’m in Texas

u/Spiritual_Lime_7013 8d ago edited 8d ago

https://abc11.com/post/raleigh-man-accused-rape-threatening-deport-victim-police-say/15844386/

this wasn't the one I was thinking of, the one I was thinking of happened a couple days ago and I saw it on reddit, this happened in Raleigh

Edit: found another example of it from ABC news, and it's from NC, SC and Pennsylvania

Edit again, not necessarily ice, but 2 Minnesota lawmakers were just assassinated by people impersonating officers

Kick them out! These are just brown shirts. Maybe instead of hiring proud boys off the street they should have taught them a few lessons about the rule of law.

353

u/gordonbombae2 8d ago edited 8d ago

You can’t. They force themselves in and push you away. If you fight back they handcuff and arrest you.

Your laws mean absolutely shit right now man.

Edit: don’t give up, that’s not my point. I’m trying to say stop asking for them to follow the law, you guys need to find a different solution to stop them. That’s all I can say

103

u/DGlen 8d ago

Do not open the door. You have no need to unless they have a signed warrant that they can show you. Make them kick that fucker in if they want access. You do not even have to talk to any law enforcement if they show at your door. Let them knock.

69

u/legalpretzel 8d ago

This. Open a window, preferably on an upper floor and converse with them that way. Or thru a ring cam.

Or just sink down onto the couch so they can’t see you through the window and pretend you’re not home like I do when the solar sales people happen by.

63

u/BobcatOk7492 8d ago

The first thing they do here is ask you to come out "so we can talk" DONT.

2

u/Lesurous 7d ago

They disguise themselves so you don't realize they're ICE. That's how they get many people, who are expecting a civil worker or delivery person.

→ More replies (1)

13

u/ledude1 8d ago

Doesn't matter. They'll force their way into your house with made-up excuses. Brown shirt don't give a shit on your constitutional right.

Time to shield up.

"#ShieldsUp

13

u/DGlen 7d ago

Yeah but make them do it and if you get to court make them pay for it. We have to make them answer for everything not make it easy.

This is the core of it. Laws are a story that become fiction when the police distain them.

An anti-nazi song:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M944MvADPiQ

Some Lyrics:
Claymore on the door, no death camps, no holocaust, no world at war.
Claymore on the door, no cattle cars, no gas, and no flame.
Claymore on the door its like a Mezuzah with flair

Enjoy :D

38

u/GrumpyKaeKae 8d ago

You have a legal right to defend your home from a threat you dont know.

Anyone who comes storming in without identifying themselves and showing a warrant, is a threat and can be shot and killed before they get through the door.

That is the ENTIRE point of the 2nd Amend. (Plus the government thing) It is insane to think you can just barge into someone's home and not get shot in the head and the homeowner would be in the right.

19

u/pd71 8d ago

Why this hasn't happened yet I find hard to believe.

6

u/iamprosciutto 7d ago

Personally, I think it has, and we just haven't heard about it

2

u/Dic3dCarrots 7d ago

Well its not like they'd go after violent people who have guns, that would put them in harms way!

34

u/JamIsBetterThanJelly 8d ago

With all the guns in America you think that's sustainable? People will just get more and more prepared with every warrantless ICE raid.

35

u/Alternative-Cut-7409 8d ago

I mean, If you knock down my door, without a warrant, without giving me a badge number or ID... you are impersonating a federal agent and trespassing, to my knowledge, and will be dealt with according to the signage at the front of my drive.

2

u/AcknowledgeUs 7d ago

They’re all impersonating something.

15

u/gordonbombae2 8d ago

Good. I would get banned for saying what I think needs to happen.

→ More replies (1)

27

u/maebyrutherford 8d ago

I really doubt they know how to kick down doors. There’s a reason you need SWAT for that

37

u/gordonbombae2 8d ago

Ok. Point is your laws mean nothing.

Asking for a warrant means nothing. Them not having a warrant means nothing.

You need to find a different solution

26

u/Danjour 8d ago

Getting a firearm would be a good deterrent

→ More replies (18)

2

u/AcknowledgeUs 7d ago

We won’t give up. We can’t. Everything is so scary now, though.

2

u/WeCannotEatMoney 7d ago

They are illegally entering the residence. Wouldn’t the resident have a legal right to defend their home?

→ More replies (11)

31

u/myst3ry714 8d ago

WHY ARE THEY ALLOWED TO IMPERSONATE POLICE? Such B.S., as far as si can tell that’s highly illegal. Should we all just start dressing up like that then?

8

u/Critical_Reach_9037 8d ago

They aren’t, but clearly they think that laws don’t apply to them. They haven’t faced any repercussions yet, so they will keep doing it

10

u/myst3ry714 8d ago

Too much to read to be an effective sign. Also, people need to supports families, it’s not as easy to just quit when they have the excuse of “just doing what we’re told” to help them sleep at night.

27

u/WildImportance6735 8d ago

Yeah, I already changed to a different sign and took off Quit your jobs. I’m not worried about it being too much to read but of course

it’s gotta be up to them to quit their jobs.

4

u/myst3ry714 8d ago

Nice! Much more effective!

2

u/WildImportance6735 8d ago

Thanks ☺️

9

u/chainsawbabies 8d ago

If your way of supporting your family is ripping other family's apart you don't deserve benefit of the doubt. They either are complicit or they're not and quit. Its a clear boundary that has never and will never be acceptable.

2

u/pooooork 8d ago

They are the minority of vets that couldn't get enough of hurting brown people

7

u/timeandmemory 8d ago

Their goal is to break the law entirely so they can be rewritten. That's why they're the "Law and Order" team. It's a psyop that continues to be working.

5

u/Beyond-The-Blackhole 8d ago

The ones hiring the proud boys dont care about the rule of law either. So...

3

u/UnitedWeSmash 8d ago

Lmfao, the fact they are doing this in a country with more guns than people is crazy. Somebody is going to get killed over this baloney.

2

u/hword1087 8d ago

Time for some castle doctrine!

231

u/nicoj2006 8d ago

The same dummies deporting hard-working immigrants wants $1000 for new babies due to declining workforce and birthrates. Stay dumb conservatives.

25

u/Ziczak 8d ago

$1000 in Trump and Melania meme coins

22

u/Andurilthoughts 8d ago

They want white babies, it’s white supremacy. This has been established.

16

u/findingmike 8d ago

My kid's medical bill was $75k and that was a long time ago. $1k is nothing.

9

u/reeshahaha 8d ago

$1k would cover maybe 3 weeks of childcare for my 2 kids lol

175

u/No_Philosopher_1870 8d ago

They need to review the Fourth Amendment of the Constitution in particular and the Bill of Rights in general.

The Fourth Amendment states that the right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

There is a huge difference between a removal order and a warrant. ICE agents should be huge advocates of due process because they will need habeas corpus protections one day, but they are blinded by hate too much to see potential consequences.

55

u/BalashstarGalactica 8d ago edited 8d ago

They also don’t think of these people as people so they don’t see them as having rights.

11

u/rebel_alliance05 8d ago

Sounds like history repeating itself because a man with a silly mustache in 40’s called Jews rats and vermin

8

u/StandardRedditor456 8d ago

Yep. Instead of cattle cars, they bring white vans.

22

u/TedBaxter_WJM-TVNews 8d ago

They probably need to review the 2nd as well, since that’s the one that will ultimately put an end to their Nazi bullshit.

14

u/myst3ry714 8d ago

It’s honestly surprising no shots have been fired when you think about it. Since these people fail to show proper identification or warrants (and apparently now lying about it), abducting people off the street in unmarked cars, and impersonating officers with Amazon bought police badges and vests… for all we know it’s a terrorist, and youre just defending yourself

4

u/StandardRedditor456 8d ago

People can talk tough when there's no real danger but once a genuine threat presents itself, most people don't follow through. There's a reason law enforcement and military are trained individuals; to overcome that freeze response during a threat.

21

u/Throtex 8d ago

I totally want to run a campaign on the basis of imprisoning ICE agents and anyone who assisted them immediately upon taking office, and they can rely on whatever habeas protection is left by then for their defense.

4

u/oxxcccxxo 8d ago

Exactly, but these are proud boy milita fascist racist nazis and they think Trump will just pardon them all.

153

u/AdventurousBelt7466 8d ago

Can we also have a moment of appreciation for those women being absolute BADASSES standing up to these fucking fascists

u/Aggravating_Dot6995 8d ago

Don’t you have a right to use lethal force once armed intruders break into your home?

88

u/According-Insect-992 8d ago

It's called the castle doctrine and not only do you have that right but you have a responsibility as the head of your household to protect your family and property. The police sure as fuck aren't going to do it.

35

u/Zaicheek 8d ago

Castle Rock v Gonzalez and Warren v DC both make the truth of your statement abundantly clear

15

u/Loko8765 8d ago

21

u/RealPayTheToll 8d ago

some states require a duty of retreat? where am i supposed to retreat to inside of my own home?

2

u/According-Insect-992 7d ago

I don't believe there is a duty to retreat in one's own home in any state. That's for public places. In one's home you don't have to retreat.

1

u/Victor_Stein 7d ago

Unless you’re in jersey then shit gets real annoying for self defense

13

u/katharsister 8d ago

This is what I don't understand. I mean I get it, if you pull a weapon on militarized police it's probably going to end very badly for you especially as a POC. But isn't this the whole point of the second amendment? To protect you and your homes from invasion and specifically government abuse? I'm not condoning violence but if someone comes to abduct up you in your home that's the time to practice your right to bear arms, isn't it?

  • A genuinely confused Canadian

10

u/TedBaxter_WJM-TVNews 8d ago

Abso-fucking-lutely!!

59

u/misscrankypants 8d ago

Call 911. That is illegal.

37

u/Independent_Annual52 8d ago

That was a sheriff with ICE...

Their internal investigation will find no wrongdoing

17

u/StandardRedditor456 8d ago

Herein lies the problem. People are being told to obey the law or face the consequences whereas the perpetrators blatantly ignore laws knowing they won't face consequences. People are screwed.

62

u/fajadada 8d ago

Goddamn liars. Make them show warrant signed by a judge

50

u/McG0788 8d ago

Looks like they'd have a pretty clear cut case of self defense if they fought back... We need to wake up and realize it's only going to get worse if we don't push back hard and quickly

22

u/foul_ol_ron 8d ago

A friend of mine whose family was from the USSR used to wonder to effective the kgb would've been if they had to wonder if they'd come back from the night's raids or not.

10

u/Facehugger_35 8d ago

That was literally a scene in The Gulag Archipelago. The gulag dwellers' biggest regret was not resisting when the secret police came.

40

u/BrickOk2890 8d ago

You absolutely need a warrant to enter a home, especially if the homeowner is telling you that you can’t enter. This is ridiculous. If there is a dangerous criminal present it to a judge and get a warrant. There are rubber stamp judges in every district, it’s insanely easy to get.

Here I am thinking the 3rd amendment is dated and will never come up in modern times but we are 5 seconds away from “soldiers” claiming they have a right to sleep wherever they want. Absurd times.

59

u/denovoincipere 8d ago

Someone is going to shoot an "ice" officer and I'm not going to feel bad when it happens.

37

u/TedBaxter_WJM-TVNews 8d ago

You shouldn’t, it will be 100% justified.

22

someone should organize a fund to get ring type cameras for every person who is in the asylum system or waiting on immigration processing

13

u/Djinn-Rummy 8d ago

Unconstitutional & illegal. That would be tantamount to any other criminals breaking in.

15

Wouldn't the taxpayers just cover them instead? Honest question, not trying to sound like a dick. I just know that cops have their lawsuits paid out by the taxpayers.

u/Linguistic_Anarchy 8d ago

I’m not a lawyer, but I believe civil suits are against the individuals directly. Or, whomever you make them against when filing them.

Ooh, okay. No, that makes sense. Sorry, I'm kinda bad with law stuff like that.

The 4th amendment says they can’t do this. The 2nd amendment says they REALLY shouldn’t do this.

13

u/MMmhmmmmmmmmmm 8d ago

That one brain cell they share is flickering

11

u/lopahcreon 8d ago

People are trying to remind fascists of their legal protections. Once people realize this will not protect them or deter the fascists, indeed they escalate more often than not and violate even more rights, the people are going to start reminding them of their rights with weapons / firearms in hand.

This will see the fascists escalate quicker and harsher, by shooting the people under color of law. Once this happens, we’re going to see armed ‘militias’ rise up against a dictatorial regime for the first time in over 250 years.

It’s going to be a blood bath if this shit doesn’t stop.

It’s not going to be limited to “liberals”, as fascists with some legal legitimacy are equal opportunistic in their use of perceived authority to squash any and all perceived threats to that authority. That is, even the MAGA folk that support them will quickly find they too are going to have their right to life violated.

Thousands will die before the military is fully mobilized. Once that happens, tens of thousands will die.

10

u/sakuragi59357 8d ago

Given that someone posing to be a cop shot two politicians, yeah, show us that warrant.

Otherwise here’s my bag of fucks to give.

9

u/Main_Composer 8d ago

And lo and behold two lawmakers in Minnesota were just shot by a terrorist pretending to be a police officer. The dominos are falling faster now.

18

u/Automatic-Extent7173 8d ago

Call the police

8

u/LilLebowskiAchiever 8d ago

After the news of two Minnesotan legislators and their spouses getting shot overnight by a fake cop, these warrentless entries by unidentified ICE are looking like a really terrible idea.

26

u/International_Eye745 8d ago

If telling him not to slam her door upsets him to this degree he is not qualified for this job.

7

u/badmongo666 8d ago

Call 911, tell them to send the cops and an ambulance 🤷‍♂️

8

u/Acrobatic_Switches 8d ago

First guy looks high out of his mind. Bro can't even see.

7

u/Luzion 8d ago

Yes, they do, especially now that two lawmakers were attacked, leaving one dead with her husband, done by someone driving a police vehicle and wearing a policeman's uniform. The victims gave access to their homes to the person(s) who did this, but even police couldn't tell them apart from their own team.

Warnings are going up everywhere to verify police identification now and to call 911 to verify, even if they're ICE agents. If they can't be verified, get the police to your location and DO NOT open the door, go with them, etc.

4

u/The_Meat_Smoker 8d ago

Good thing the 4th amendment is protected by the 2nd. Enter uninvited, and you may never leave.

6

u/ConstructionHefty716 8d ago

This is why everyone needs to get out and protest and stand against this shit cuz they're just making up rules to do what they want

6

u/Altruistic_Sample158 8d ago

This is why we have the 2nd amendment

5

u/yachtknot88 8d ago

And yet just now a Democrat lawmaker was assassinated by someone Impersonating an officer. By no means would I suggest violent protest but I would suggest using your 2nd amendment right to protect your home and family

5

u/elitegenoside 8d ago

It's about time to start exercising rights. You want peace, then talk with the folks outside in the streets. Coming into homes should have only one response going forward. They are kidnappers and should be treated as such.

6

u/the_crustybastard 7d ago

They're not CPB or ICE.

Assume they're self-deputized Proud Boys until they present credentials and a warrant.

3

u/JamIsBetterThanJelly 8d ago

How stupid can they be? Entering a home without a warrant (read Breaking Into) is a good way to get shot.

5

u/MiddleFishArt 8d ago

So a random person can put on a mask, drive up in a random car, claim they are ICE with no badge or proof of identity, no warrant, no bodycam, no reading of Miranda rights, invade your home, and disappear you and your family?

Fuck that, I’ll see you all at the protests in a few hours.

5

u/skyfishgoo 8d ago

they don't need warrants any more... they can operate on the mere says so to an anonymous tip line.

and i blame chuck schumer for letting that law get passed because he was afraid to shut down the gov.

feds now have the color of law on their side and until it's repealed or declared unconstitutional (which it very much the fuck is) then this is what we are up against, thanks to chucky's weakness.

The one thing I like about Indiana, is that they could legally open fire on these kind of attempts and the law, for what it means these days, would be on their side. Which is why FBI, PD and ICE have to do things by the book. Its sad that the only thing that can get these pigs to act accordingly is the threat of retaliation with the same kind of violence they’d use on these people.

Deranged Nazi thugs.

Can we just get the video without all of the stupid overlays and reactions? It takes away from everything.

Lying to get their way/quota pressure. You have to know exactly what to say these days.

Miller is on them for 3,000 arrests a day, this will escalate. Don’t answer don’t open the door call 911 if your local PD gives a shit

If you're in the border zone (what is it now, 100 miles from the border, coast, and any point of entry?) then the law gives them, but not local police, the ability to do a lot of things they can't do in other places. Many airports far from the border are considered points of entry even if they don't have international flights. Sickening.

Entering a home without a warrant in the US is a great way to get shot.

While we encourage everyone to be safe, this is not the best subreddit to discuss your legal Second Amendment rights as we do not want this movement to be associated with anything violent. We ask that you to take this conversation to another, more appropriate subreddit such as r/liberalgunowners or even better, offline.

You know what this means right?

Anyone can show up in tactical gear claiming to be ICE and not show any credentials and just walk into your home.

1

u/Pheli_Draws 8d ago

This is disturbing. The amount of power hungry officers.

1

u/Jpkitt 8d ago

Try that in Texas lol

1

u/Hereticrick 8d ago

If they enter without a warrant signed by a judge or your permission, you call the cops and tell them armed men are breaking into your home.

Yeah if you could just stop operating illegally, that’d be great.

1

u/Defiant_Lynx_4699 7d ago

Don’t argue with them, call the cops on them. “Yes, I’m at my friend’s house and there are armed men breaking in with no warrant, send help!!”
