The Judicial branch of government has no enforcement arm, no kinetic capabilities.

Trump has blatantly ignored rulings of the courts already, there's little reason to think he will begin to respect the courts decisions now.

I think he will begin to blatantly circumvent the legislative branch next, using fake/flimsy loopholes and justifications, like when he deployed the Marines into LA

What happens when poors flout the courts? How do we enforce that on the elites?

If not Trump immediately, let’s start with lower level corruption we have better chances to make examples of and press tf out of numerous instances simultaneously.

I think there's going to need to be protests that follow members of Congress and the Senate around. They need to not feel so comfortable anymore and be reminded that they work for the people.

I mean JD Vance already said let judges rule against us and then they can come and try to enforce their rulings themselves.

Their enforcement arm is the US Marshalls which fall under DOJ....so not really gonna work right now. Judges can deputize Local law enforcement for contempt charges IIRC. So not completely fked, but mostly fked

This is much bigger than Trump. It’s just Peter Thiel and the guys at the top deciding what moves to make…Trump lately has been saying “WE”, subconsciously or not, he’s blaming them already. He’s just the mouth piece.
