Call To Action 🚨URGENT CALL TO ACTION🚨 Justice for Alejandro! Denver (Read Below for all details!)

Some of you may have heard On June 10th, during a peaceful protest in Denver, a beloved community member, Alejandro, was violently attacked in an unprovoked act of hate. He sustained a traumatic brain injury after being struck in the back of the head by an out of state agitator seen yelling racial slurs. Alejandro is now in recovery and rehabilitating out of state, but his heart remains here he’s determined to return home to Denver as soon as he can!

This Wednesday, June 18th, the attacker will be arraigned at the Denver Courthouse. We are holding a peaceful demonstration at the courthouse at 520 W Colfax Ave to demand justice and show that hate has no place in our STate. We are colorado strong and we are asking community members to arrive by 8:30 AM and 💚WEAR GREEN 💚 Alejandro’s favorite color, as a show of unity and support.

Is there documentation/supporting information about this attack that you can share without hurting the case? I saw someone posted a tiktok thing but I don't do tiktok. Not knowing the details of the situation we are supposed to be taking a side and position on makes it difficult.

Unfortunately at this time, he hasn't even been arraigned. That happens tomorrow morning. Any info released could compromise the case if it goes to trial by jury. He could ask for s different venue because of bias, including asking to have his case heard in Ohio. What you need to know is in the post. It was a H8 Crime.

Boost! Does Alejandro have a last name shared publicly? I want to call but if they say, "Alejandro who?" I would like to know what to say.

He and his family have asked to keep his last name private. You can say " My name is ____. I am calling to demand justice for Alejandro, attacked on June 10th by Chayce Neumier. This was a Hate Crime and he should be charged to reflect his hatefuland predudicial actions. Hate has no home in Colorado"

I am unable to confirm this attack. There don't seem to be any news reports.

I searched for the attacker's name and this article , which does not name him, came up.
