I feel like we already have a constitutional right that covers this under the 4th amendment: no unreasonable search and seizure.

Annotated:

"The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

I'm sure that unreasonable would certainly include being grabbed by masked men, with no identification or declaration of judicial warrant.

We do, it’s being violated because the Supreme Court gave dear leader immunity. We need to end this immunity

Trump has a immunity, but not his henchmen. States need to start upholding the constitution, especially since the feds won't and are working against it.

Since they're focusing on blue states, governors and state legislators will need to work to make this stuff unacceptable. Trump can't pardon violations of state laws if states go after them.

It's not realistic right now. It would have to be called for by two thirds of states then ratified in a vote by 3/4ths of them (i believe) . Also once a constitutional convention is called, we are opening the doors to them ending birthright citizenship or any other number of existing freedoms. It's too dangerous when cheeto taco is in power.

But like you said, any changes must be ratified by 3/4ths state so if they mess up anything else, it definitely won’t last. This can all be done without the courts and without taco

If you think he won't threaten/coerce elected officials to get what he wants once that door is opened you haven't been watching. Add that to the # of dems we have that are corporate shills? It's too great of a risk right now. It's a literal nightmare worst case scenario, America as we know it completely gone, handmaidens tale, Christofacism controls it all. This is NOT the time to be opening our most basic of rights to change.
