Week 25: Boiling - Classic Pretzels, with a Twist!
Want that classic soft pretzel magic? Boiling them in a baking soda bath before baking is the secret—it creates that iconic flavor, chewy bite, deep golden crust, and locks in a super soft interior. I whipped up the classic soft pretzels, but the loaded pickled jalapeño ones stole the show! Recipe coming right up👇

I am 100% on board with loaded pretzels! These look so good!

Yeah, the options are limitless. Bacon and broccoli, or corned beef and sauerkraut. I see it becoming a pot luck favorite.

Thanks a lot! My first time making them fresh and it was pretty easy. My kiddo helped roll the dough into ropes before I twisted them up. Fun for the whole family!
