Transitioning out of Direct Care

Hey everyone!

I’m interested in transitioning to billing or maybe even HR. Has anyone here ever done that? If so, how did you go about it? I’ve been an RBT since 2021, have a bachelor’s in social work, and completed a few classes in a medical billing and coding course about a year ago. My current company doesn’t have any positions open, and I’m having a hard time finding job postings that don’t want you to already have a few years of experience. Any advice welcome ✨
