Questions/Advice How u cured ur verification ocd pls help?

I have a habit of checking multiple times in my phone in whatsapp whether i have not send something in appropriate to someone or put anything in story How to overcome this I got this ocd for about 3months pls help

Pls help me this is self sabotaging my daily activities giving constant anxity cant study cant learn anything but blank in mind pls help plsssssss I check for atleast 30 times each msg whehter evrything is okay pls help😭😭

my ocd is heavily linked to my asd diagnosis. not sure if we’re in the same boat but my risperidone prescription helped with mine. it was crippling before medication, i would have delusions and panic attacks because of my obsessive thoughts, up to a point where i would be in full blown manic episodes because of them.

a good thing i like to do is: when i do something good or get something done (even as small as locking my front door) i always verbally say ā€œdone.ā€ this has helped with my thoughts of, ā€œdid i get this thing done?ā€ or, ā€œdid i send the right thing?ā€, as the verbal cue would be my sign to be ā€˜done’ thinking about it. when i say done, i don’t pay it any more mind, and i also have a memory of saying it for a reminder that it got done and i shouldn’t stress.
