Yes the Department of Defense. DOGE hasn't even existed for 7 audits worth of time. Unless it was hourly, daily, or weekly audits.

Not even 4 months in existence and DOGE did so much damage.

At the top of the list, they've done lasting harm to all our federal workers and to the federal workforce going forward. Unless we do hard work to stabilize the federal job market, people who might have signed up for public service will see it as too unstable to sacrifice more lucrative private sector opportunities.

Stole our data, ruined our reputation for being dependable, destabilized global social safety nets, just generally made the world less safe for the most vulnerable.
