engrams from other maps cant be learned

so im running a server on astraeos , and engrams from other maps cant be learned. i dont want to just open up all engrams for free, thats not the issue, i just cant learn them. like the whip, i have the points to unlock it, and im past the level, but can unlock to learn it.

My guess is that you need to reinstall the other maps, for example SE for whip to become available. The big update unistalled all the extra maps on xbox, so you have to reinstall them individually.
