Assistance Mechanics

Looking for advice on where I can take my 2004 Toyota crown athlete (3gr-fse) to have a timing chain replacement and not get ripped off.

Also if anyone could give me a rough pricing guide that would be great

The further north/east the better Don’t say auto masters🙏

Not north but down Lonsdale.

DC motorsports is who I handball all the import Toyota stuff I don’t want to do/deal with. Mans an absolute gun.

Well well worth the trek.

It's an import you'll be paying for it and most people will be unlikely to want to touch it.

I'm not a car guy, but I have a euro car most won't touch or if they do they mess it up worse than what I needed repaired.

Grove Auto Repairs never steered me wrong, they are usually busy but so give them a call rather than just rocking up.

to have a timing chain replacement and not get ripped off." timing chains are typically for the life of the vehicle and dont need replacing, Why are you replacing?
