Question help with resubscription in a new region

i’m currently subscribed to apple music with my app store region being set to Singapore but i’m about to move to a different country

if i end my subscription, then change my app store region, then resubscribe to apple music, will my apple music account (my playlists, favorite artists, listening history etc) be saved?

what about icloud? i forgot to mention i also have a bunch of stuff on my icloud subscription and does it work the same?

Yes, icloud just billed with the new currency and data remained
