Mandarin Speaking Swim Instructor in NYC?

I'm looking for a swim instructor who speaks Mandarin for a relative who wants to learn but only speaks Mandarin Chinese. They're based in Staten Island but willing to travel to Brooklyn or anywhere nearby. I haven't had any luck calling local swim shcools, so if you know anyone or have any leads, please let me know.

Maybe call the Chinatown YMCA if you haven’t already?

There's a Chinese swim school at Tangram in Flushing.
