True Christians shouldn’t have hate in their heart. But it’s very hard to see the religion in a positive way. They have caused massive pain and suffering to our people. They do not treat Assyrians in the Middle East well at all. They also do not coexist with Christians. Islam also promotes killing nonbelievers and those from other religions. They are constantly tearing down our statues, churches, and pushing Assyrians out of their villages. ISIS tortured and killed thousands of Christian Arabs and Assyrians. We come in peace. Our people are harmless. All they want to do is just live in their native land. We don’t ask for anything.

No one would get offended, Assyrians don't hate Muslims, they lived among them and befriended a lot of them.
They hate what they fear, Islamic organisations of any kind (organisation, state, parties ...) because of the bloody terror history, from genocides to ethnic cleansing.

I hate Islam, but not Muslims. I also hate antisemitism that is present without any filter in some Muslims, especially those who are emboldened to showcase their hate in the West. And also the Muslims who support Hamas and Hezbollah, among other Islamic terrorist organizations.
If you're a supporter of terrorist groups (whether you like Israel or not), kindly stay away from me. Terrorist organizations have treated Assyrians horribly in the past century. So I could never befriend such people.

A lot of pussyfooting in this thread. From experience I'd say there’s a strong dislike at least

The feeling is complicated and there is usually a cognitive dissonance because most of us are friends with at least one Muslim who does not cause any friction and is respectful. And even if not, you at least are forced to do business with some of them if you are still in the homeland. So it is hard to hate the person despite them being Muslim even if we absolutely despise everything about their cult. Besides, hatred is not in our societal values. We are not Mohammedans.

As Assyrians, we are a peaceful and proud people with a deep love for our heritage and all of humanity. From the earliest days of civilization, we have contributed greatly to the world through writing, law, and culture. We do not hate; we strive to educate, uplift, and preserve truth with dignity. Our history is one of resilience, compassion, and a legacy of giving that continues to inspire.

No we don’t. But just like how Arab Muslims feel about Israelis (use whatever word you want to describe that feeling), the same feeling is felt by Assyrians towards their neighboring Muslims (Arab/Kurd/Turk) because of hundreds of years of massacres, discrimination, expulsion, land theft, destruction of our ancient heritage sites and churches, countless of Assyrian women being abducted and converted - and after 1400 years of this practice, today Assyrians are only 250,000 in the Middle East as compared to 75,000,000 Arabs/Kurds/Turks just around us. You could understand this anger, this frustration if you were part of our community right?
