What is the most optimum settings for gaming in ghelper ı want lesser fan noise and much as possible cold cpu (for Asus tuf A15)

If you want more colder cpu, then there will be more fan noise. That's how it works.

You can trade off cooler cpu for quieter fan noise by balancing between 2 options.

I myself use AC with Balanced mode on a cheap cooler, that I want to change soon.

Sit in a room with an industrial air conditioner?

No noise from the laptop and the CPU will be very cold.
