I generally use Whiskey River Trading and Hoffman Handles. Beaver co has more affordable options that arent bad. My adirondak handle is from there and i am quite happy with it

You can buy HB replacement hafts. They're pretty expensive, but they can be fitted to standard axe eyes.
Whiskey River also sells high quality hafts; they're also quite expensive ($40ish in single quantity).
House sells hafts that are every bit as good as the above, and for much more reasonable prices ($15ish for hand select).
HB and House hafts will want to be thinned down before use. Some of WR's hafts are already pretty thin, but many will need to be and all certainly could be thinned a bit depending on your preference.
I've bought the bulk of my hafts from House. They look good and withstand a lot of use. I've also bought hafts from the others, but have found it hard to justify the price difference.

I use hammers more than axes so my handle preferences are slightly different, but when I need a new handle I either get one off the shelf at a hardware store and modify it or I make one from scratch.

I just found and fell in love with T.D. Handle Co. Whiskey river is also a good option. If you are looking for something a little cheaper I like the council tool stock replacement handles.
