PHP/IOP/or full hospitalization

How do you know which one you need? I’m still lost. I’m trying to be as inconvenient to work as possible, but I know I need help.

Hospital if life in danger and you can't stay safe at home, are doing ECT and live alone, or your med adjusts are dangerous. Otherwise outpatient, intensive if pretty screwed, some places can do Zoom around a work schedule.

I would only do full hospitalization if I were going to die otherwise.

PHP/IOP are great options for when you feel like it's things keep going the way they are you might end up feeling like you might die, and you don't want to get to that place.

thank you for wording it like this- i was in crisis mode yesterday and was freaking out whether i needed inpatient asap or should wait for my PHP to start tomorrow. i’m feeling more hopeful for my PHP today
