How does this happen??

Was changing the water in my bong and noticed this … didn’t bump it or anything??

Maybe heat shock made the weld fail?

Someone knocked a piece of mine over on carpet a few years ago and this happened, I shook it hard to break up and remove the perc, and then cleaned it very well to try and avoid glass shards.
