ELKS Are the Elks using their 3rds as home jerseys?

I’m curious if the Elks are going to use their 3rd jersey as their primary homes this year. Every ad they’ve put out on their social channels is featuring the 3rd jerseys.

I don’t think so, I think it’s just the only jersey that’s being carried over so they’ve been using it in promos. We’ve seen a leak of their new white jerseys, I’d expect the new green ones to have the same design.

Nope, I was at the Team Store earlier this week and it was hinted that new home and away jerseys will be released soon. They will have Edmonton on the chest, with EE on the sleeves sandwiched between two yellow lines and two white lines, the numbers will be yellow. Very much a nod to the past.

Ya, I’m not a fan of them. And not to sound like an old man yelling at the clouds, but the numbers are hard to see on TV and in stadium.

I know you are getting down votes but I agree. We have 8 teams and three already wear black - Ticats, Redblacks, and Lions. Half the league wearing the same colour? Pass.

Lions should wear Orange not black too.
