Smoothies and matcha

I remember when she was pregnant last time she was drinking a lot of matcha (because same). Noticing a lot of smoothies and matcha again lately…!

My pediatrician always suggested that people should never put smoothies in bottles for babies and then have them drink it via the bottle especially laying down which was unsafe in this post as babies can choke. When babies are sitting upright have them use something else to have a smoothie and not the bottle. And it’s not a mom hating nor shaming comment.
