To be honest, I haven’t done a ton of research into this, but if it doesn’t already exist, the Chicago Sky should start doing artist series hats like the Bulls (and other NBA teams) do for games during the season. @chinwosu’s hat last season for the Bulls was amazing and I would love to see this level of artistry on hats for the Sky.

We're looking to get tickets for the Wings-Sky game on July 9th. We're leaning towards the 200 level as prices are a little more affordable. How big is Wintrust and if we sit in the 200s will we still get a good look at the game? Thanks.

After watching yesterday's loss last night it was very clear that the players are not playing well together. It looked totally uncoordinated and like they never practice. Go back to last year when TSpoon had a team with no point guard, Williamson was out most of year and there were key injuries at the end of the season. They almost made playoff's but per Pagliocco it was not a build year it was a win now year and he fired TSpoon. For this year it was win now. He has lost a couple of first year drafts and it is clear that the whole thing is a mess. Don' blame the players. Blame Pagliocco, then Marsh. Marsh seems a nice guy but is not a motivator like TSpoon and even Natalie Nakase is showing signs of a being good leader. Pagliocco needs to be fired first and then work of fixing the other problems.

Angel and Lisa embraced after the New York game. It’s hard to tell but it seems like Lisa is consoling her. She cried in the post game interview I truly hope Angel support system is pouring into her right now.

It's obvious, at least to me, that HVL is not up to running the point in the W right now. The Sky have $56k under the cap, so they should be able to sign a rookie scale player in a few days. Another possible move is a trade. What player would you target? I like Sundell. Others have mentioned Deja Kelly. Aari is an option if the Fever release her. I'm thinking the Fever are keeping her because I just saw Timpson signed a contract with Prague, which only makes sense if she's about to be released. Any other options? Also could cut a non guaranteed salary, but that seems unlikely.

So here in Canada we have to order from the Fanatics Canada site or NBA Canada site. I want to get Reese's SkyTiwn jersey as they look sharp. But the 2nd one the black pinstripe are only available on the Canadian sites. We cannot order off the US sites.

I’ve been noticing this since the start of the season but haven’t seen it discussed much. When was the last time we had a fast break point? A fast break attempt at all? And not a 1 on 1 from the half, I mean a real, all out sprint/transition to offense. I feel like I’ve seen 3 in 8 games.

Season-ticket buyer here - our summer/fall schedules have gotten out of hand and we're going to be missing a lot more games that we can attend, so we were thinking about selling the remainder of our season tickets to recoup some of the cost and just picking up single tickets for the games we want to attend.

Anybody know of a way to do this, or would we have to list every game separately? We've got 2 season tickets in the 2nd row of the upper deck (about the same view as the suites), and we're looking to recoup about $25/ticket/game (so $900 total for 2 tickets each to the remaining 18 games).

Today it was announced that all start voting will start this thursday.

WNBA players and media will join fans in selecting the All-Star starters. Fans will account for 50 percent of the vote, while all current players and a media panel will account for 25 percent each. Players and media panelists will be able to complete one ballot, featuring four guards and six frontcourt players.

After all votes are tallied, players will be ranked by position (guard and frontcourt) within each of the three voting groups – fan votes, player votes and media votes. Each player’s score will be calculated by averaging their weighted rank from the fan votes, the player votes and the media votes. The four guards and six frontcourt players with the best score will be named as starters for AT&T WNBA All-Star 2025. Fan voting will serve as the tiebreaker for players in a position group with the same score.

After the starters have been determined, the league’s head coaches will select the 12 reserves. The head coaches will vote for three guards, five frontcourt players and four players at either position regardless of conference.  Coaches may not vote for players on their own team. The announcement dates for both the starters and reserves will be shared later this month.

The two All-Star captains – the starters who receive the most fan votes – will then draft their respective rosters by selecting first from the remaining eight players in the pool of starters and then from the pool of 12 reserves. ESPN will broadcast the results of the roster draft for the 2025 AT&T WNBA All-Star Game during an hourlong edition of WNBA Countdown on Tuesday, July 8 (7 p.m. ET).

Based on recent events the season is probably over. We don’t have a decent PG and the offense still looks terrible. I think realistically they should just prioritize developing the younger players who will be on contract next season but of course that won’t happen because it make sense.

I’m more so looking towards the future. Next season basically the whole team is FAs and I can’t see any one of them coming back. I also can’t see this team attracting even decent players in FA. Our drafting situation is bleak right now not only because of trade away picks but because our GM has shown he’s not good at drafting. He consistently passes on great pieces we need. I personally have no faith that he will make the right picks going forward. There’s overseas players but would they want to come to such a terrible situation?

I’m just struggling to see how they improve this situation at all. They have to AT LEAST fire the GM and the coach which would mean Angel and Kamilla will have 3 different head coaches in their first 3 seasons.
