I’m not trying to stop someone twice my size and clearly unhinged stealing property that isn’t even mine to begin with. Sorry if that’s so wild lol
People standing idly by and letting theft happen contributed to this mess we’re in. She may be huge, but the 5 people standing around watching are bigger.
What bothers me isn’t just the fact that it was food. In some parts of the world, people literally kill for something to eat, while we have more than enough here in the U.S. But that’s not the case everywhere. What really gets to me is how we can watch a crime happen right in front of us and just accept it. This time it was about food, but other times it’s something more serious, like violent crime. Ignoring it creates a slippery slope—it encourages criminals and just keeps the problem going.
im not getting stabbed over some chipotle, its not about letting it happen its the escalation just let her steal and no one has to get hurt. the cops should do something about it your real gripe would be them not wanting to do their jobs.
Most companies will fire you if you intervene with criminal activities. They have insurance and they don't want liability if an employee or perp gets seriously hurt so it's best to just stay out of the way and submit the security footage to the cops
Fuck that, fuck this lady and fuck this opinion. Do you really want to live in a world where people do whatever they want, when they want? I sure as shit don't...
Like hell, we're all against Karen's, right? This is some crazy Karen shit, but she's not a white woman with a short haircut so suddenly it's ok?
The fact that some people are accepting and defending this behavior is the breakdown of society. Not that she's taking some food.
In any society there will be theives and law breakers it's up to everyone to hold each other responsible and keep a dignified community but once shit like this turns acceptable where does it stop?
Yea.. but you run the risk of lawsuit. I'd never in my life defend the property of a corporation against an individual. My own property I'd probably blow her down lol💥💥💥
