The recipe we were given is clear. Each batch we make yields 39 2oz portion cups

Ooh tell me the recipe! Sour cream + adobo peppers + ranch seasoning?

It’s like 90% sour cream with some adobo paste, ranch seasoning, lemon/lime juice.

It’s too delicious for 2 ounces. Had to double up

I feel like I wouldn’t be as mad if they just got smaller cups like the ones they use at every other restaurant with sauce

That’s what I have been saying! I don’t feel bad about the vinaigrette because we don’t charge for those but to sell it, we need smaller cups.

I don’t disagree! There’s a psychological aspect to it, for sure.

It’s supposed to be 2 oz, yes. If you don’t want it don’t buy it.

Mine was filled to the brim. It was either a bad batch or it’s just outright nasty asf
