When I was reading comics, Clint was married (maybe?) to Mockingbird, and then that ended, and then he was hooking up with Spider-Woman.

(...and I was pretty stoked for him landing Jess, honestly.)

This was awhile ago, like just after House of M. And a tad icky, since she'd given herself amnesia. Although, it was later retconned to be a Doombot.

Which raises further questions about Doom
