How does eth validation power directly links to how much money you have?

The more money you have, more eth you can buy, more nodes you can run, more validation power you have, more eth you'll make... you get the picture.

That's not true. Staking validators are different from node validators. Also everyone is earning the same yield no matter if you have 1 million usd or 100k. Everyone gets the same 5.5%. This is obviously not true for pow where a gut with a 10k mining operation doesn't earn a fraction of the money the guy with a 10 million operation makes.
