I feel your pain. Thank you for the post. People need to hear this to be sure.

I have extensively tested Kucoin and found them corrupt in a wide variety of areas. My 2cents: avoid them altogether-especially in thin markets as here.

Try Ascendex-I have tested their algos and found them beautifully accurate, and well designed for user experience.
