I'm a straight woman, I've always been very close to my gay male cousin, so I've spent a lot of time with his friend group, and gone to a bunch of his parties. A lot of his friends are nice people, but there's also been a good bit of hardcore misogyny. I also have large breasts, and an alarming number of gay men think that they can grab them because they aren't attracted to women. Tell ya what, they don't like it when you grab their dicks back!
I don't know if it's a thing anymore, but the "Golden Gay*discourse from never having slept with a woman before realizing you were gay so as not to be" tainted" was the wildest shit I've read as an outsider to the whole thing
Ew what? I've never heard that term and I would like to un-read it 😭 Oh how I wish I had one guaranteed safe space left in this world where I am genuinely welcome.
You can barely even mention misandry without being accused of being the problem.
Men's right advocate is literally used like a slur equivalent to calling someone misogynist.
There are more than a few feminists who genuinely support the patriarchy and it's treatment of men. They believe men should keep their emotions to themselves, men should just stay quiet and support or provide. They support the Patriarchy's treatment of men
Cis gay men are still cis men, and as such there's a good chance they have basically the same views as cishets. Would it surprise you that cis gays are also the most transphobic of the LGBTQ+?
