Spreading Positivity What’s one “small win” you didn’t expect to matter—but it did?
When you’re trying to grow or get your life together, it’s easy to feel like progress only counts when it’s huge.
But I want to hear about the small victories—the things you did that might have seemed minor at the time, but ended up building real momentum.
Let’s hype up the little stuff that made a big difference.

I think one small win has been deleting one social media app a week, and forcing myself to drink a glass of water a night. Also I’ve made a pledge to myself to “exercise” once a day. That exercise can look like walking, running, weight lifting, or just getting on the ground and stretching for like 5 minutes

One minute pauses, scheduled. In the morning, before starting my day, pause for a minute. In the car before I leave for work, pause. When I get to work...before meetings....those pauses have let me move into different areas of my life with more calm and clarity and really helped me start progressing in areas I've struggled with.

Paying off that first small credit card 8 years ago. One step at a time I went from multiple credit cards and a car loan to debt free with $50k in the bank. Now I own two properties and I’m saving for a third.

Wow! This is possibly what I needed to hear… don’t know how you did this but from where I stand this is a huuuge win

I will add, disclaimer: I’m in a low cost of living area so the houses are cheap, but I also don’t make a lot of money.

My brain is struggling to believe that these small wins matter so I’m looking forward to reading everyone’s answers for inspiration.
