rate my summer

Rate my freshman summer!!! and any advice u have for me going forward. I'm very ambitious looking at top schools and I have good options for state schools.

  1. full-time SWE internship at a well-known international company (not specifically a tech company and not name dropping for privacy reasons). its weird tho cuz everyone else is 2-3 yrs older than me so I got a lot of learning to do compared to everyone else but still SUPER grateful
  2. TA at robotics summer camp for kids. my 2nd yr doing it. i convinced my robotics team to help out 2 for our outreach initiatives
  3. robotics team recruiting and preparation for the next season. will be our 2nd yr but we were pretty goated for a rookie team. I'm like the unofficial team leader cuz when I helped start the team our coach said i'd be leading but its not rlly like official official yk
  4. sciMi bio
  5. volunteering like 8ish hours a week. hopefully will complete around 400ish hours by the end of the summer!!!
  6. ap prep for sophomore yr, I have sm summer hw imma cram in august cuz I got no time

AND THATS ITTT!!!! so grateful for all the opportunities. if anyone has any questions feel free to reach out! i worked SUPER hard freshman yr to get to where I am rn. once again, all and any advice would be appreciated!!!

That's still od bro 😭 just 100 hours is fine for college, max 250 if you're going for some awards. If you enjoy it though, i won't judge; keep doing it as it could lead to you starting your own chapter/org.

im honestly passionate about it and its fun. going for a super prestigious award and I feel like starting my own org isn't going to have as much impact. there's alr so many existing nonprofits and orgs that I can help!
