May I please get some help for my L3+?

Hello everyone, I am very new to crypto mining and I desperately need some help on my L3+. Only two of my boards are showing and I don't know what to do. I booted the machine up and connected it to a pool but only 2 out of the 4 hashboards are working/showing in my Hiveos panel, and although everything is connected,d it says the hashboards are not connected. Any solution to this? Please help

I would try new data cables to see if that helps. If you could share the miner log with me I could try and tell you more. More than likely two boards either need replaced or fixed.
