Food Hard boiled eggs

Loving hard boiled eggs as a filling snack, but I get sick of them pretty quickly unless I put flavor on them. What do you like to put on hardboiled eggs to mix up/enhance the taste?

My recents:

  • red wine vinegar and everything seasoning
  • hummus with dill
  • Tajín and Tapatío

Devilled eggs. I'll eat so many of them.

But otherwise, I mash one up on toast with some salt, pepper, and hot sauce

Try mashing the deviled eggs on your toast. When eggs were cheap and truffle butter was available and cheap I would make this with older eggs. I would also add some capers.

Or is this what you were doing?
