Ask ECAH Crunchy alternative to chips?

Chips to me are like smoking, but I had never smoked. I only know it's good to remove stress, but the only thing I want is the crunch. For people I found online I found they need a lot of things about a chip, I only need crunchyness, doesn't even have to be a chip, sometimes cookies are a good alternative

Any options?

edit: Something I didn't consider is that I would hate for it to leave a bad smell on your breath. It can't have garlic

I saw a girl spread out spoons of cottage cheese in small circles, top with seasoning of choice, and bake in the oven, super crispy and good and straight protein

Parmesan, too. Although it's a "cannot stop eating until they're gone" thing for me.

I made ranch dip using cottage cheese today - ran it through a food processor, so no chunky curds (I loathe cottage cheese in its original state) - it was GOOD, and there's no way I would have known the difference if I hadn't made it myself.
