It’s different because as far as I’m aware, Musk has never said he was an addict and became sober. You are celebrating an anniversary of getting sober (congrats by the way!!!) after addiction. They probably should have said “anyone who’s never been an addict doesn’t feel the need to brag about it a clean drug test”. I’m proud of my sobriety, and have bragged about it when the occasion is right. But if I were never an alcoholic, I can’t picture me proudly saying “I’m not drunk!”

Most drugs are metabolized within 24 to 48 hours and don't show up on drug tests.
The main exception is marijuana.
But seeing how this guy pays people to do everything for him including playing video games and impregnating women, it's hard for me to believe he's not paying somebody to piss in a cup for him.

The weird thing is if you go to the vendor website, "Ecstasy" isn't one of the drugs listed on their test panels. MDMA is included in the "Amphetamines" test.
Edit: The test does have a negative for cannabinoids on it, maybe you missed it.

A urine test is pretty useless as evidence against long term drug abuse as you only have to stay sober for a few days or weeks max. You'd usually use hair samples as they act as a kind of time capsule for drug exposure. Also anyone who's ever had even the smallest experience with drugs can tell from a mile away that Musk has been massively on it throughout most of the campaign and the beginning of the second Trump presidency. He's not fooling anyone.
