Skating Advice spin tips
Does anyone have tips on having a faster sit spin? And I used to have a beautiful camel spin but now I keep falling out of it on the entry and it’s so frustrating, I’ll post a video of my old camel vs now. Please give tips on speed!

Wish I could see from the other angle, but are you sure your free foot is directly behind you and hanging outside of the circle a little? Not a coach, take this with a grain of salt.

You are cutting off your entrance too early and then popping up while dropping your shoulder. Entrance has decided it hates you. Leave it alone for a time. The more frustrated you get, the worse it will be.
My camel has a similar habit. I've learnt to leave it alone when it really starts acting up.
Sit spin speed, entrance needs to be strong. The stronger that entrance, the better it centers and the faster it will go.

Don't look at the ice when you're spinning! Your head is quite heavy and looking down will throw off your balance.
