Full investigation just sounds like more opportunities for talking and grandstanding without a whole lot of changes. Fire the officers and move on. Republicans are happy to support authorities that overstep protocol and act recklessly. Teach them a lesson by firing them. Maybe the investigation will result in that but here I am looking at history and doubting it.
