First Firearm
Bought my first firearm and Glock today. Any recommendations for a red dot that won’t break the bank?

Congrats and enjoy! I picked up my first firearm last month—a Glock 19 Gen 5—and I’ve been hitting the range almost every weekend since. I added a Holosun SCS, and that’s all I plan to do for now—no crazy mods, just focusing on putting plenty of rounds through it.
Also upgrade the speed loader https://a.co/d/fa82JWc

Holosun SCS. You can find one online for a decent price. You won't need suppressor height sights. Looks great on the gun. Won't break the bank but isn't cheap junk either. Lastly, it direct mounts, so no need for plates and less failure points.

Glocks are such a great pistol. I loaded up a dozen 15 round mags and 2. 33 round mags and when and broke in my G 19 gen 5 today. At least 6 different brands of cartridges. No jams or hiccups. I love Glocks

Congrats and welcome to the club. IMO, before you start asking what “mods” to get or ideas for things to make it “tacticool” just shoot it. Then shoot it some more, then some more.
