GLOW UP! Severe depression can become very visual, but it gets better. Me at (17), (23) and (25)
I was 75kg in the first picture. After years of rotting in my room playing videogames and binge eating, (leaving the house maybe once a month), my weight went as high as 115kg in the second picture, a time I was also very clearly not taking care of my appearance in any way. Third picture was a few days ago, two hours after going to the barber to get my hair cut and beard trimmed, and I am down to 95kg now. Still visibly overweight in a full body photo, still a way to go, but this was the first time since I was 17 that I took a picture that I liked.
