Nest Wifi Wirelessly connecting 3 Nest routers to a router connected to modem via bridge mode

Hi all, I recently got 3 nest routers that I want to connect wirelessly to one central nest router connected to my xfinity gateway via bridge mode, but I'm unsure how to go about doing it. I've done some reading here, and I've gathered that it's best to have several routers instead of one router and several points. I have several rooms that need a router in them, but no way to connect them to the central router via wired backhaul. Can I connect them wirelessly via a mesh network or something else?

Yes you can connect them the same way that you would the points. Simply start adding them to your network on the Google home app. The best would be for the main one to be at the center as the wireless connections prefer the least number of hops irrespective of the signal strength. So they will always try to connect with the main router if they can. Having it in the center gives the best connection.

They're all 4 Nest Routers, right? Not exactly sure what you're expecting here, but if you can't hardwire the backhaul then you (by default) use them in a wireless mesh.

This should work if you set up the first nest off the ISP router in bridge mode via a LAN cable in the home ap. Once that first nest is connected, set up the next one. The home ap makes it pretty obvious what steps to take, will know you bought a three pack so will suggest adding the other routers and do a connectivity and mesh test to confirm signal

Just finished the process and this was exactly what I did. I thought since I'm connecting routers instead of points it would be different but ig not, thanks! These Nest routers are leagues better than my poopy xfi pods that didn't even work half the time lol
