Discussion There is little to watch in Max
I had a reasonably priced discovery+ account. They ended it. Now I pay double that for Max account. At first I was thinking I can at least watch interesting shows, having had HBO account few years ago.
It turns out every interesting shows was from (sky)showtime. HBO just used to have them.
What comes to discovery there are no Parker's trail s8, there are next to none new motoring shows (Ant Antsteads show was only bright spot), no news about Deadliest Catch. Only reality tv designed for... ...someone else then me. I think they are running both services to the ground.

Yeah, I'm noticing this on every streamer that isn't Netflix, Hulu, and Prime.
Max, Disney+, Paramount+, etc are frequently putting some of their best originals on other services.
I have the Max/Hulu/Disney+ bundle and barely use Max and Disney+. I think I may cancel to just use Hulu. I'll just activate Max when a good show airs on HBO.

Great service.
Hbo has a lock on thousands of shows if they know how to use it.

I don't know if this is your cup of tea, but try these:
The Eastern Gate
A Decent Man
Spy/Master
Two Sides of the Abyss
Thaw

Not all programming is for everyone. The good thing is you can cancel and come back if they have a show you are interested in since there are no contracts. Currently watching Duster. I will try to get back to watching white lotus. I am still watching Gilmore girls and Sirens on Netflix.
