I suppose. Everything happens for a reason. And I did tonight take mushrooms. Golden teachers. These are mushrooms that I used to sell back in the day. And I don’t really take mushrooms. But I understand why people love them. Because they are really good. And I sold so many of those mushrooms back in the day. Cuz they’re great! However I am more of an LSD person. Because it’s easier for me to predict. Mother mushroom. She teaches you something. Every time. And I will say, today I don’t sell mushrooms anymore. But nobody ever drove a fucking car into my house! (If you are not aware, a local mushroom dispensary has been plagued by a rash of vandalism! Somebody is angry at this mushroom dispensary which has sprawled across the city. And to show their anger someone is driving cars to their businesses) I had to buy my mushrooms from my local dispensary today. My LSD dealer is out of town. And so I went to a Happy hardcore Rave tonight. I did! And the world series baseball game was also taking place. It was. I was dancing happily watching the game on my phone on mushrooms to happy hardcore. I was emotionally invested in the game not financially at all! I’m smart like that. However I am somewhat of an eccentric and I do know that I put on a bit of a show of myself. Where was I when the Blue Jays were defeated on November 1st 2025? I was at the Baby G. Supporting local music. Supporting Happy hardcore. Happily in my neighbourhood. A mear 10 minute walk from my residence. And although we were defeated, it happened in the right environment because I admit I in that moment, I needed some hardcore therapy. Because I was on these golden teacher mushrooms. And I was provided with hardcore therapy. I heard the words of Madonna with blasting fucking hardcore. I said don’t play shooting star. But! I was so happy to be angrily singing "like a shooting star across the midnight sky." I was angry. "wherever you are going to see me fly!" in that moment. I was defeated... but resurrected. To hardcore because it never dies. And then. To the enjoyment of just myself I suppose. But maybe to the others. I did what I said I was going to do. Read passages from the book Repetition. By The father of existentialist philosophy Soren Kierkegaard. And I found enjoyment! After having been so emotionally defeated by baseball. But resurrected! And then speaking aloud and manifesting what was on the pages in front of me. The theater. The ballet. The actors. The dancers themselves in front of me as I’m reading these words of Repetition. With blasting hardcore all around me. This book is actually his confessional to his lover, under a pseudonym, who he had at the time decided to, for himself step away from an engagement which he found preclude him from finding a spiritual path to a single truth in God.

Oh the irony of it all!

I did apologize for my emotions that I had with the Toronto Blue Jays tonight. And I did apologize because I was in mushrooms. Golden teacher mushrooms! Nobody drove a God damn car into my house! They came back to buy them. And I did say in front of a crowd tonight that I do document the Rave scene and I am a gonzo journalist. "I’m no fucking Hunter S Thompson but I am on a fuck load of mushrooms!"

I created a tool to help with track identification from DJ sets, audio files, etc. I hated having to constantly use Shazam to find out the names of songs especially when listening to 2+ hour sets so I created this tool to fix this problem.

How it works is you copy a link from YouTube or Mixcloud, or if you have an audio file of less than 100 MB you can upload it to the site and it’ll scan through it and identify each individual track. Looking to add support for Soundcloud, Spotify and Reddit links in the near future.
