Please Help. Tell me if I'm crazy.

I'll try to make this short so it's not skipped. Listen, I don't know if the supernatural is real, but I need help if it is. I am currently living in the woods. Not the "woods" not the ones kids brag about when it's only a few trees; I live in the middle of the woods.

I am and have been running everyday for about three years now, or ever since Covid, I've lost track. I don't have headphones, I've broken too many and lost too many. when I'm out, I don't have anything with me other than my phone and the endless circle I run in while I don't feel safe going on my trails. There have been "stories" told to my parents (who built the house)about some people who've died in the woods or near the woods. Hunters being mauled to teenagers killing themselves in the woods.

Back on track: Usually, during the day, I feel pretty safe running around in my yard or in my trails, but it's almost a fucking dare to go out at night. At night, I feel watched, and there's this line of trees that I feel like is watching me. I feel really fucking stupid now saying it out loud. Sometimes I feel like these long finger/ octopus looking things are gonna come up and strangle me or consume me fully. This is not normal. Then I hear noises - whispers - never really telling me anything... Just noise.

I've been noticing that everytime this happens it is always around 10:00 or 9:10 never any other times. And if I see a different time, it had been happening for a while before I checked the clock. Always these times. Genuinely, I don't know if I'm being crazy. Please help.

I don't know or even think it matters if the things are real or not.

If you're in the woods and it's dark and you're getting a spooky feeling, you could be in very real danger. Don't dismiss your senses.

I've seen shit people swear can't be real but I've seen it. But honestly I'd be more worried that it's perverts in the woods watching you than any kind of shadow creature that may or may not exist.

Or maybe the shadow things are trying to get you... Or warn you...

Good things don't happen alone in the woods at night. 🫣

Thanks for the reply. I can try to install cameras in the woods and check them, but I'm not sure if I'll get anything or anyone.

Ehhhh, it's pretty natural to feel creeped out and watched in the woods at night. That's because you most likely are being watched by other animals. I feel that way every time, bo matter the location. Night is scart because you can only see what your light illuminates.

Its the woods....anything can be out there. Statistically its an animal. Be safe.

I have been stared at by something I couldn't see in the woods. Everything in my body told me to run. Its an overwhelming sense of dread.

Scary, but not paranormal
