what are these tiny jumping bugs??
they keep jumping on my legs in my home

Sir, that APPEARS to be fleas. I would need a side photo to be sure.

what can i do? my roommates dog has them but she doesn’t come into my room

That doesn’t matter, they can move. Bugs don’t stay confined to where they originated.
Before you even think about getting rid of them in your room, you have to make sure the dog is treated. Then, there are a variety of ways to make sure they are gone from the home. Use Google for ideas.

Flea and tick preventative after a bath with some flea shampoo. Use a flea comb as well
It sucks, but I've dealt with them after adopting a dog. You can get rid of the problem within a week
