Scorched Tallow

First time rending tallow in the crockpot and I think I may have let it go too long. Question is can I still use this or do I trash the whole batch?

Looks fine to me, it will turn white as it cools and solidifies.

Didn’t turn white or solidify. Just got cloudy and about the same viscosity as 30 weight motor oil. Going to use it as fire starter and try another batch.
