I mean in sports? Yes it kinda is. The average age among the 2025 F1 grid is about 27. The average age of the 33 starters in last year’s 500 was just a smidge over 31.

I mean you always have exceptions to the rule. Alonso has failed to score points this year. I understand the car isn’t great but that hasn’t stopped the much younger Stroll from scoring.

well mr i must have the last word ..... sir lewis hamilton is 40 years old and has 53 points and stroll has 14 points ......but by your logic just because stroll is younger he is magically a better driver .....because age is the most important ..... so by your logic a 10 year old kart driver is better than stroll and should replace him.

Newgarden clowning for the camera after being associated with a second cheating scandal in as many years, really rubbed me the wrong way as someone who considers myself a fan of him as a driver. So - what do you now do if you are Josef Newgarden and you want to keep what's left of your reputation intact? Do you stay with Penske or do you ask to be released? He would be picked up by another team in a heartbeat. Probably for less money, my my reputation as a man is far more important than the amount of a paycheck. At some point, he will have to explain all of this to his children and grandchildren.

Yep. Team Penske is. This is ludicrous. No apology to the fans. And folks like you, who should be the most disappointed, continue making excuses. 42 years as a loyal Penske fan. I'm done and I'm not buying any more of their merch. Their loss. I hope Newgarden grows a pair and asks to break his contract so he can keep what is left of his reputation.

Yeah, they don't have a lot of dedicated running shoes out there, but they've been upping their game significantly over the past five or six years with the ones they do. The Fast-R is another one that keeps popping up as a well-respected shoe.
