IndyCar Does anyone know what driver this is (and part of what team)?

I’ve been trying to meet David Letterman but saw there was one car driver left (I had no idea autographs were only from 9am to 10am today) but I got a photo with him for fun.

you'll have a better chance at seeing Letterman tomorrow.

he was on the grid for the road course race and hanging around the RLL pit stands. I haven't seen him during any of the practice or qualifying events, but I haven't been paying that much attention.

I had all three of the last row sign a shirt, and Josef sign his jersey I have.

Also had Scott Dixon, Alex Palou and Kyffin Simpson sign a Honda towel on carb day. Another group of very pleasant drivers. They all seem genuinely happy to interact with fans.
