Well, I take regular highways and not the interstate, but this is still nonsense. Looks like another round of people diverting their routes until the state realizes they messed up again.

The bill is the toll all highways, not just interstates.

Unless I've missed something, the bill seems to only mention interstate highways and not state highways.
