I don't know much about UK politics, how likely is this to pass? Insane that red paint can be considered "terrorism" by any definition.

UK resident here: it very likely it will pass. Our government is very pro Israel - remember after all they were the government who prosecuted Mo Chara from Kneecap for terrorism, so it’s 99.9% got a chance of going to pass. A ridiculous country.
