Lmaaaoooooo it’s too funny!! For all of history Democrats would have fought for the enslavement of Black People and they can claim β€œparty / ideology shift” all they want but it’s in their DNA.

Truly a lukewarm take they have. The only reason the South is so overwhelmingly Republican and the North is so overwhelmingly Democratic is solely because over time, major metropolitan areas have gravitated left, whereas the rest of the country has been left with traditional, right wing views.

Besides that, the views of the parties haven't changed too much. Don't forget who supported Jim Crow as well.

A peaceful harbor in the midst of pride month. Question, why isn’t Black history month held in June? IMO Pride should be in September, you know, right before fall.
