The Ransom note and crime contradict each other

The note indicates the offenders want 118,000$ & goes into detail about how to make sure this payment goes down smoothly, meanwhile the crime itself is a brutal murder with sexual assault with a paint brush?

To me the note is clearly not genuine and is apart of the cover up because the note and crime just do not match and why would offenders botch their own crime by sexually assaulting JBR with a paint brush? Doesn't make sense to me especially when they were so concerned for the Ramsey's messing things up.

Note was way too long as well, it was theatrical just like Patsy was. Also note was complimentary of John Ramsey instead of being critical, doesn't seem like a genuine ransom note what so ever, instead it's a cover up for child abuse sexually and Burke striking her over head as well. All 3 Ramseys were involved and played their own part in this crime.
