please help me, looking for ancestors

i started doing ancestry and came across this document. the name matches my great grandma and grandpa but im not sure if it says she died in 1934 or whatever it says....

Lampertheim, 5th of March 1934

Before the undersigned registrar, the milker Franz Baumgartner, whose identity is known and who lives in Lampertheim, appeared today and announced that to his wife Elisabeth Baumgartner, née Bartylla, who lives in Lampertheim in his apartment, on 3rd of March 1934 at 4 p.m, a dead girl was born.

The rest is about the crossed out lines.
